The River Espresso

In downtown Ellensburg in an old movie theater lies a little coffee shop that serves up one of the best cups of coffee in town. The coffee shop is located in the old Grand Central movie theater and it is called River Espresso. This little place offers a cozy place offers delicious drip coffee full of flavor, espresso drinks, frappes, jet teas and much more. And all for pretty low prices! I personally enjoy the drip coffee because it has the most caffeine and I am some what of an addicted to it. Also, the espresso is fantastic! I usually get a chi tea latte with two shots other wise known as a dirty chi. The espresso just adds a whole new dimension to the chi adding a bold espresso flavor. Sounds kind of odd but it is so tasty! River Espresso also offers flavored pop and I am not talking about buying a bottle of cherry coke. I mean you can grab a can of pop and tell them what flavors you would want added to it. For example I get a Strawberry Lemon Dew. Which was actually a drink that happened by accident but it is delicious. It is one pump of lemon, one pump of strawberry and a can of Mt. Dew. It tastes exactly like a strawberry lemonade but it has caffeine. If you you are in need of a snack they also have cookies, brownies, and a few other treats to snack on. On top of all these delicious drinks and treat River Espresso also delivers to anywhere in the downtown area! So I recommend stopping by and giving their drinks a try! And you might end up finding a new place to get your coffee. A First Birthday

Last week my nephew Bodi had his first birthday and my sister told me to come over to take pictures. So of course I did because I like taking pictures and I was going to be there. So I think that he had a pretty great first birthday. He got one of those little power wheels four wheeler shenanigans and some other toys that he didn't seem to interested in at first because the wrapping paper was much more entertaining. But once the toys were out of their packaging he couldn't stop playing with them. On top of all the toys he got to mow down on some cake. And I think everyone enjoyed watching him eat as much as he liked eating it. That is all I have to say about his party so here are the pictures!

Sunshine, Music and Skaters

Yesterday was so freaking nice out! I couldn't believe it! I showed up to the skate park around 12 to take some pictures and there weren't a whole lot of people there yet. But I hung out, opened up the back of my 4Runner and played some music while people were skating. I shot a few pictures. Was talking to Josh who is in the first reel below. We looked up and noticed there wasn't a cloud in sight which hasn't happened in who knows how long! Then more and more people started showing up to the skate park which made lots of opportunities for picture taking! I shot over 200 pictures today! But that includes sets for putting together reels. A Couple's Wilderness Photo Adventure

So my two friends Andrew and Taylor volunteered to be photographed for my blog and as a added bonus they got pictures! They so excited! The two have been dating for a total 14 months. Aww! We went to Irene Reinhart park and took a walk on the path stopping at random places to take pictures. During this adventure we encounter mosquitoes, rock skipping and a the root of a tree impaled me. But this turned out to be a successful photo shoot. Some of them turned out really funny and the others turned out really good! Here are a couple of them that I edited just for the heck of it.  The other I didn't edit and are in my Photobucket album. The link to that is right here. Some of them are really funny because I didn't really stop taking pictures so I could catch all the crazy moments. So here are the few pictures that were edited and then here is Photobucket album with the rest if you would like to see them. Planking: Done Right

Well yesterday was filled with adventure! Went around town planking, owling, coning and then playing cardboard kitty! Dont know what any of those are?! You may want to look them up on the google machine! Well except planking because we took some sweet pictures of our planking adventure! You might be saying so you just lay down on stuff? But there is more to it than that you must have proper form of a laying completely flat, arms to your sides and be stiff as a board. Well I guess it is sort of like laying down but way better! Anyways here are the pictures of our little adventure!

Running Out so Help me Out

Okay I am running out of pictures to edit for my blog so its become harder and harder to get a post out everyday. I haven't posted for like three or four days now but I got something to put up for today and then I am not sure what I am going to keep on doing. But here is where you can help me out! If you need something like senior pictures or family pictures contact me! Or if you know of someone who needs these things tell them to check out my blog! If people start using me as a photographer I can get way more posts for my blog and I will have a job! Anyways here is what I have for today! Something is Better than Nothing

Well I didn't have any pictures to put up today so I just threw together a graphic art shindig. My Nephew

Well I didn't have anything to do today so I was driving around stopping by places to keep myself entertained. First it was the coffee bar at my church where I grabbed a strawberry lemon dew which is a Mt. Dew with lemon and strawberry flavoring. Then I drove past the skate park to maybe take some pictures there but not a whole lot of people were there yet. My next stop was my sister's house. I told her how I didn't have anything to do and she said I should take pictures of my nephew Bodi. So here is what came of a quick little picture taking session at my sister's house of my nephew Bodi. And the bigger and better versions are right here. Gettin' Artsy on Photoshop

Well I had no idea what I was going to do for today because I am almost of pictures that I want to use and I posted most of my favorite background graphics. So today I decided to go grab some coffee, sit down and put something artsy together and here is what I got! Not really sure what it is or what it is supposed to be. Its abstract I guess. Something New

Okay I am trying a few new things today. One of them is making somewhat of a photo reel with a series of skating pictures I took along with a series of pictures I took with my friend jumping on a trampoline. This was just a practice run to see how they would turn out and if I like how it looks. So here they are! Please tell me what you think of them by leaving a comment on here on the Facebook post!

Plane Rides and Background Slides

    Well finally back at home after being away for almost three weeks straight! The plane ride home was okay. I had the middle seat of the three which wasn't the greatest due to my long legs. So my were pinned up against the seat in front of me but wait there's more! The person in front of me decided to lean their seat back all the way! Talk about comfort! Except not at all. The last hour of the flight the person in front of me let their seat back up and things were a little bit more comfortable. Enough of that time to get to the graphics part!
     So I started going to a new church almost a year ago and immediately got involved with the church by running sound and power points. The pastor and his son were talking about how they were tired of the same old background slides that were displayed while we worshiped. I think one of them said something about being tired of seeing the same guy in the middle of a wheat field, on a beach or where ever holding his arms up. That will be a little funny if you're a church person. Anyways they asked me if I could find some new background and I told them I will make some! So for the past year or so I have been making backgrounds for the past year so here a few are! Minnesota Adventure

Well today is my last day in Minnesota before I fly back to the burg tonight. Its been a really fun time hanging out with my brother, sister in-law, my nephew and niece. First day I got here I went to a Twins game which was freaking sweet! It was probably the best baseball game I have ever been to! Here are a few pictures from the game! Then was the Fourth of July! We all headed over to my sister in-laws mom's house for brunch and it was dang good! Later that night my brother took me to a firework show that topped pretty much any I have ever seen except maybe the show in Seattle. Later in the week we went to Mall of America and a couple of other malls in search of clothing. The next big event was going to Valley Fair and shaweet amusement park! It had some quality roller coasters, one of those towers that drop you, and some other rides to get your adrenaline going. This is the last day here and we are headed out to church and then I am flying back to WA later in the evening. Its been fun Minnesota and I would like to say thank you to my brother Brandon, nephew Turner, sister in-law Suzanne and niece Tatum.
